Suggest a Quit Smoking app that integrates the health benefits, incremental to the quit smoking success you are having.

So this is what I found to help with the quit...I have been smoke free for 3 weeks now 🥳🥳...started walking again & a morning exercise routine. I pop open that app every day to see how much time I’ve saved by not smoking, how many I haven’t smoked, & the big thing for me is how much money I have saved. Highly recommend this app for anyone trying to quit

It could be amazing! See the amount of smoke you didn't have, money you save. It could send you some notification to remind you of a goal, etc. Heck, why dont throw something to show the benefit on your health, like Heartbeat, P/A, O2, etc

Hi @Lautre93, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to use an app to quit smoking. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request. A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

I agree. An app that helps you quit would be great! Even just an easy way to count or track would be amazing!

I've been trying to quit smoking for a very long time and for several times actually. All I can tell you about it is that it's almost impossible to quit smoking totally and suddenly if you've been smoking for a long time. The best way to do it is gradually. For example, I was smoking cigarettes, after that, I have started to smoke cigars, and so on.

For example, I was smoking cigarettes, after that, I have started to smoke cigars, and so on. For me, that’s the best way. I’ve heard that pipes also help, because this way you will smoke not that usual. You can get one here Dark Helmet Darth Vader Glass Hand Smoking Pipe. It’s a good way because it’s not that easy to smoke it, and I swear, you will smoke once a day, twice a week and you will quit.
