Rearrange or customize Charge 3 & 4 apps/stats view/Today

I'd really like the ability to rearrange the built in apps on my Charge 3. The app I'll use most often is the Weather, which is on the last page! I have to swipe a bunch to get to it. The next one would be the timer app, which is on the second page. The most frustrating part is that on some of the help pages, the images show the apps in a different order! I've spent ages trying to figure out how to adjust it.

Just got my charge 3 for Xmas  - first thing I tried to do was reorder / remove the apps hence I am here now.

Sending it back and continuing using my charge 2

I agree, it's possible to customise the display for the Fitbit HR, why isn't it possible for the Charge 3?

It would be nice if the Fitbit 3 had the same features as the Fitbit 2. I like to be able to move and or delete apps. I have to scroll through a bunch of apps I don’t tobuse the weather. I’d also like to be able to delete an app such as relax which I never use

It would be great to be able to swipe left (from home screen) onot custom screen such as weather or heart rate. Not having any option to swipe left on charge 3 is huge lost opportunity. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks for listening.

I completely agree with many others. I just upgraded to the Charge 3 from the Charge 2, and am very disappointed to learn that I can not customize the display of the tracker. I do not want to see stats like weight, calories, and water consumed on my tracker. I don’t need the focus on weight and calories. On the Charge 2 I could choose which of these items would be visible on the tracker.  Please make this possible!  Thank you.

I agree flexibility is the key. We are all tracking different stats for various reasons.
I believe there is two areas on the clock face for stats and now in most options one is locked in with the date- I don’t want that this doesn’t change during the day.
I would like to choose two stats from all those tracked to lock onto my clock face thru the app.
Then I would like to choose which others appear and in which order for the swipe up or left.
This will please the most people.
But please most of all make the two variables on clock face changeable
I like several of the clocks but don’t want to waste a spot on the date.

I really wish the order could be customized or I could delete items.  

Most importantly, user's should have the ability to delete unwanted tiles! While showing off my new charge 3, I had to quickly put my wrist down. Weight lost or female tracking should be considered private and I think it is truly poor this cannot be deleted.  I shouldn't have to worry about " x days until period" when scrolling through stats with my trainer or workout buddies!! Please fitbit, allow users to remove tiles they do not want showing.

I just got my Charge 3 yesterday, and I am returning it as soon as I’m able to because of this.

I don’t care to have a bunch of useless or private information displayed on my Fitbit. It looked like an upgrade, but functionality wise it is a major downgrade from my Alta HR.

I agree. I got a Charge 3 for Christmas to replace my ailing Charge 2, and I hate that I don’t have the functionality I did in the old one. There are too many things I do not want to have to scroll through on my watch to get to the information I actually use. I also don’t like that I can’t get a watch face similar to the one I used on the 2 (I like date, time, 2 stats) and most of the faces that are offered are goofy and not a real digital time (hh:mm).  Please fix!  Soon!

The ability that I had to customize and hide/display/reorder stats on my Charge 2 should be available on my Charge 3 by default. The fact that I have to request this like many others on a forums page is a complete fail on Fitbit. My "upgrade" is actually feeling like more of a downgrade and is a complete disincentive to stay with Fitbit products in the future.

I would like to be able to remove stats from the Charge 3. I do not like having my weight displayed on the watch. Please bring an option to remove stats that are not required!

I get email updates (at least 3-5 times EVERY day) and yet no change. I know the thread goes back to at least October (3 months). Does the company realize how upset they are making people? It is foolish if they want to keep business.

After reading so many entries in this post and realizing Fitbit is doing nothing to correct or even acknowledge the real problems so many of us are experiencing, I'm done with my Charge 3 and returned it today. I will continue to use my Charge 2 until it dies and bought a new band for it on Amazon today to improve its appearance and hopefully extend its useful life. When it eventually dies, I will be looking primarily for a non-Fitbit device to replace it unless something dramatically improves with their Charge product line. If I ever do buy another Fitbit device, I know with certainty I will not be an early adopter and will look for actual customer reviews in forums like this in the weeks and months following its introduction rather than relying on commercial reviews that always accompany a product launch.

Would love to be able to custom arrange the stats menu. More interested in seeing calories than I am in seeing flights of stairs or distance traveled etc. 

can we get an update so we can order things like we could on the Alta hr?

Frustrating that so many of us want more options and Fitbit is failing to deliver. Will return my charge 3 and go to an Apple Watch if they do not update! 

I want to customise my stats menu and add calories to my clock face instead of steps.

1) Please let me put the calories on the clock face instead of steps. (in addition to HR and time)

2) Please let me make some exercise "goals" go away and not be seen at all on the Charge 3 (stairs? Minutes?)

3) Please let me choose which apps to have on the Charge 3 and which to not display.

4) Please let me re-arrange the order of the exercise goals and the apps.

I could do all of this on the Alta HR w/o any problem.  I am disappointed to be moving backwards.
