Rearrange or customize Charge 3 & 4 apps/stats view/Today

I'd really like the ability to rearrange the built in apps on my Charge 3. The app I'll use most often is the Weather, which is on the last page! I have to swipe a bunch to get to it. The next one would be the timer app, which is on the second page. The most frustrating part is that on some of the help pages, the images show the apps in a different order! I've spent ages trying to figure out how to adjust it.

Just upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3, Google this question and end up here and was shocked to discover there's no option to remove/hide/rearrange apps like there is on the Charge 2. 30 minutes in to owning the Charge 3 and I'm already disappointed with it.

Not having this is a dealbreaker! Will go back to my charge 2 where I can customize what I see and in what order. Makes no sense you’d take away the customization feature. Why?! Bad choice.

Please fix this!! I don’t use relax and the timers! Let me please remove or hide or move (to the back) these apps. I have bought the latest model of the charge. Why don’t you solve this like the charge 2? It would-be A Nice Christmas present!

I would like to be able to change the order of the stats displayed on my Charge 3. Even to the point of not having them display at all on my device, knowing I can look at them on my app.

Why isn’t this an option? I don’t track my weight or water and I don’t want to have to scroll through those to get to other things I do track. I want to be able to see the top three things I track at the top of the stats and be able to rearrange them as needed. I would also like to be able to see the weather without scrolling to the third page of apps. The inability to do this actually renders this device useless and infuriating to me. At least with my Alta hr I could change what I saw when I double tapped.

Can this please get fixed? It’s been over a year since the charge 3 came out and being able to rearrange some apps and stats shouldn’t be the hardest thing in the world to do. I was given a charge 3 for Christmas and it’s going back because my Alta hr still works fine and there no point in “upgrading” to the charge 3 when I don’t even have control of what my device shows me.

This is absolutely outrageous. i just spent 20 mins on the phone with someone who put me on hold 5 times only to come back and tell me to press down on the stats to move them. i mentioned i was using a charge 3 and he instantly said oh, no you can't customize it. like what arte you doing fitbit? why are you guys going backwards? this is the most disappointing fitbit to date. FIX IT

How is it over a year last and this is only under consideration? I just bought the charge 3 holding it would be an upgrade from my charge 2. It’s not. 

Please make it possible to change my stat order. I loved the charge 2 because I was able to use to retro double clock and have it hour HR and calories burned (I have a heart condition and I need to to know this information at a glance). The heavy clock doesn’t show the date. Please change this.

To the Fitbit team - please let me hide stats I don't want displayed.  Got my first ever Fitbit for Christmas, and while I am happy with everything else, am horrified that it shows weight and there is no way to hide it!  I am just realising people have been complaining about this for a year and nothing has been done. I don't want friends and family looking at my new watch in case they scroll through and see.

I just upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3 and am so disappointed that I can't customize the kinds of stats on the display like the Charge 2.

For example, I don't want to see weather, my weight, number of hours out of 12 that I was active, and others. Charge 2 let me select what I wanted to see. Why would Fitbit take away features when designing the Charge 3? Anyone else out there disappointed?  I see this thread/issue was started over a year ago, so I hop Fitbit listens to its users.

Like all the other user's here I'm so disappointed. Also why is there silence from "Fitbit"? I see now why my daughter has quit her fitbit and moved onto an alternative tracker.

I'm not sure, but I do know that this will be my LAST Fitbit until they
start making devices with less ridiculous interfaces. The Charge 3 I got
for Christmas is almost unusable.

How is this not implemented yet?  The Charge 3 came out in October of 2018.  We should have the ability to remove apps or stats we don't use such as Relax.  We should also be able to rearrange the apps and stats on the Charge 3.

After searching as many forums etc that I can stand..I still can't find a way to display my weight on the Charge 3 face.

It just displays 2 dashes and lbs   (--lbs).

All the forums claim that, that can't be changed.

If that IS true please make it so that it IS displayable.

If that's not true...and it CAN be shown (as I imagine is the case) PLEASE make doing so MUCH easier to figure out.

It would be nice if you could rearrange the titles on the main screen of the Charge 3 to your preference like you can with the Alta HR. There are some titles that I do not use and would like to not have them show when I scroll through. Also, it would be nice to not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see your water intake or weekly exercise goal.

Hi!  Please allow customization of the vertical All Day Stats and horizontal apps.  Why should I be forced to scroll through stats/apps that I don't use or use frequently just to see the ones I want.  This is a major design flaw and disappointment.  Please fix it.
