Rearrange or customize Charge 3 & 4 apps/stats view/Today

I'd really like the ability to rearrange the built in apps on my Charge 3. The app I'll use most often is the Weather, which is on the last page! I have to swipe a bunch to get to it. The next one would be the timer app, which is on the second page. The most frustrating part is that on some of the help pages, the images show the apps in a different order! I've spent ages trying to figure out how to adjust it.

I think it's a great idea, I just got the charge 3 and although I like it I miss the ability to personalise it, which is one of the best characteristics from fitbit.

I don’t want to use the device as a clock, I’d rather use that space to see fitness stats. 

As with the other feedback, you should allow users to choose which details to include on their device. Garmin does it, Fitbit should loosen up a little 🤙

Upon updating my charge 3 I noticed changes to the face display allowing the date.  I also noticed that to see the different measurement, I continually tap the screen to scroll through them.  It would be useful to allow the person to customize the order in which they are displayed since every user probably has certain ones that are of more interest than the others.  By allowing sorting, people can organize them so that they don't need to keep tapping to get to the one they want to see

I agree, fit bit make customizable apps meniu, personaly main apps i use is heart rate and weather. In adittion, i realy missing the date on clock screen with hear rate. Why not to make everythin on one screen-time,date,HR,steps?????????. Now is just not fully developed low info clock faces, uncustomizable meniu and unusable spo2 sensor.  Lazyyyyy IT team!

I agree we need the option to include or hide things that are not important to us. For one, I’d like to see my calorie burn first on the clock face instead of HR or Steps which are the only options for the clock face I like. Plus, when scrolling through my stats I don’t need some of them. I don’t track floors climbed and I’m menopausal so I don’t even get my period anymore! Another annoying stat is my weight. I don’t want a constant reminder of my weight when I try not to weigh myself all the time. These are simple issues that should have been addressed by now based on the comments. I’m really loving the feel and style of the charge 3 but developers didn’t think through the customization options like they did with charge 2 stats.

Yes this is an important feature to have. Why should I get less options because I decided to upgrade my tracker? (The charge 2 could at least disable options I didn't need) Considering switching back until this is fixed!

Absolutely no comment from Fitbit about this issue for a long time. Are you guys working on this or what? Obviously the charge 3 has other problems, particularly over counting steps, but surely we can get a comment about this issue? Are you working on an update for the charge 3 to allow customization of the apps visible on the watch please? I also upgraded from the 2 only to find less options. This is just unacceptable.

This thread gets posts almost every day, so MANY Charge 3 owners are frustrated by the lack of customization. Yet Fitbit is silent -- almost 4 months now. Completely unacceptable. Terrible customer service! I have been a longtime Fitbit user, so has my daughter and mother. But this entire situation has been SO infuriating, waiting around for Fitbit to answer. Are you working on this at all? Do you care? Or are you just waiting to make these features a part of Charge 4 and leave us Charge 3 owners in the dust?

I'd like this feature too but Fitbit don't seem to care. I don't know why they have these feature suggestion pages.

Being able to schedule the "raise to wake" feature was a frequently requested feature for the Charge 2 and that never got implemented.

Yes please at the moment the charge 3 is no where near as useful as the charge 2 also please allow the clock to be turned off its not a watch!

Re-arranging the apps would improve the ease of use and functionality if we don't have to scroll to the end to get to the function that we use the most. It makes sense doesn't it...and can't imagine it should be too difficult to implement given that we can already do this with other features on the Charge 3....

When i swipe up, i need to be able to choose what order my stats are shown in. I have it set that my watch face to show my steps, but when i swipe up to check my heart rate i have to scroll past steps and excercise stats first, which is redundant information for me (already shown on clock face). The ability to choose what goes at the top of my scroll would be a great improvement.

I've got to say I'm more and more disappointed with my Charge 3.  I REALLY liked my Charge 2 and upgraded because I wanted something waterproof and I couldn't imagine I'd lose so much functionality and that the tracking would be this far off with the "updated" model.  I know for a fact that at least for me the charge 2 was far more accurate in both step count and stairs.  To top it off I can't believe I can't customize what's displayed on the watch.

I can't believe that the ability to choose what information is displayed on the watch isn't there along with the ability to select the order it's displayed.  I also can't believe that I can't tell it I'm doing a particular activity and start and stop it manually, the only way to track activity is for it to guess what you're doing?

Please just return the basic functions the older model had, I can't believe all of that was omitted from the new model...

The lack of raise to wake is also frustrating, I don't understand why the new product is missing all the things that made the Charge 2 great.

I agree. This was offered in the HR and I absolutely rearranged when I had that device.

I agree having an option to reorder stat tiles could help make things easier. Let's see what other Community members think.

This was a great and important feature in the charge 2, there are several metrics I do not care about (water consumption, weight (which is static), etc) and would love to remove them. I'm not sure why it was a feature in charge 2 and got removed for the charge 3, why strip useful features??

I'd love to be able to rearrange the order of both stats and apps on the Charge 3. Only had it for a few hours, but already know that "weather" will be my go-to before Relax or Timers!

YES! I have noticed that and it can be so annoying scrolling all the way to the bottom for stats I already see on the hone screen.

I recently upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3.  The new Charge 3 is awesome, but it does not let me customize the tiles that display.  Please change the system so that we can swipe through the tiles we want in a priority order we set.  We have this ability on a Charge 2.  Thanks for considering my request.

I was amazed to see that the upgraded charge 3 doesn't have the basic reorder of tiles on the screen. Not all people want the same things.  Please bring it back.
