Rearrange or customize Charge 3 & 4 apps/stats view/Today

I'd really like the ability to rearrange the built in apps on my Charge 3. The app I'll use most often is the Weather, which is on the last page! I have to swipe a bunch to get to it. The next one would be the timer app, which is on the second page. The most frustrating part is that on some of the help pages, the images show the apps in a different order! I've spent ages trying to figure out how to adjust it.

Please do make it possible to add/remove and reorder the apps on the Fitbit display. So much scrolling to get to the things I want to see first. Frustrating to hear this was possible on older models but not the newest. What a step backwards!

One more urgent vote for customization options. Im almost tempted to revert back to Alta because there is so much information I do not use at all that I have to scroll through on the charge 3... similar to what others said, I was extremely surprised this was not built in from the beginning, it is a huge negative point for this otherwise really nice device... (until this is fixed, I would not recommend this tracker).

I agree with everyone else. I too long to be able to customise which apps I see on the screen of my Charge 3, and the order in which they appear.

I like my C3 but would find it easier to be able to decide which stats to include and in which order they appear. Same for ap order.

Each of us are different so flexibility is key.

The Charge 3 SE is my first fitbit so I can't comment on the functionality of other models, however, it would be really nice to be able to rearrange the layout.  Having weather on the last page seems silly.

I got my Charge 3 yesterday. I love it but I'm very disappointed that you can't customise which stats you see when you swipe up. My weight, my water, and even my fertile days are there and I don't want them there! I want that to stay on the app, not on my wrist! I don't care for things like how many floors I've climbed so I don't want that to show either, and I want to rearrange and prioritise which stats I can see at a glance. I don't like having to scroll all the way down to see my calories burned or my active minutes. Also, I obviously track my sleep yet on my Fitbit it says "sleep not tracked". What's with that? Very frustrating. I put faith in you, Fitbit, that you'll listen to us and do the right thing and make this change! Like everyone else is saying, people are not the same and customisation is key!

I would like to hear from fitbit on the progress for this. This is clearly a basic function that many users are unpleasantly surprised of its absence.

I agree with all you said and with the sleep, mine does that too... I just
have to sync it in the app when I wake up then it registers

@Kounyk - I'm glad I'm not alone when it comes to it saying "sleep not tracked". I've synced my Fitbit multiple times today but my Fitbit still says the same thing. The Fitbit dashboard on my PC and also the Fitbit app on my phone have my sleep data from last night, but my Fitbit does not. The same thing is happening with my water. So far today I have drunk 500mL of water and both my dashboard and app reflect this, but my Fitbit still says 0mL. Any ideas?

I need the option to change the order or delete some of the buttons on my "Today App" --- I don't care how much I weigh everyday or where I am in my menstral cycle, I can see those in the app. Scrolling through all that is exhausting to get to my last button, "goal days of exercise completed" which is VERY important to be a constant visual reminder!

Please add this option asap! Thank you!

With the Alta Fitbit I was able to customize my display based on what was important to me.  I am surprised that the brand new Charge 3 does not have this ability.  I am tempted to send it back.  I especially don't like that my weight is on the display.  Obviously I can change it in the app to weight that is not accurate because it displays, but that defeats part of the purpose.

What the heck how is this not under consideration? I will never use the relax app but I check the weather every day. At least a watch face with the weather or something.

I'm not faulting FB for having the 'relax' app.  I've literally never bothered with it on the 2 and never will on the 3 if I don't return it (HEAVILY leaning toward leaving the FB ecosystem at this point).
I can't fathom how one could relax while holding their arm in front of their face to see the screen.

I consider it an essential feature to be able to customise which apps and stats are shown and in which order. If I can’t have the time, date, steps and heart rate all on the watch face, I need to have heart rate first on the stats list so I can access it easily. I also want to move the weather and timer apps to the first page, not the last ones.

I want to glance at my Fitbit and see calories, not steps, just like I had my Fitbit charge and charge 2 set up. This is a big step backwards. Please make this option available for the charge 3 as well.

One more vote to enable swiping both left and right! Valuable time saver.

I also recommend enabling the ability to swipe left/right from any page (without having to first return to the clock face). I'd like to be able to swipe up to view my individual stats, and then swipe left/right from there.

I would definitely like to be able to select which stats appear (and there order) on the Charge 3 and which stats simply appear in the app

I really would like to be able to hide certain displays on my Fitbit. I’d like to be able to have my weight for my eyes only on the app and not have it show up on my watch. This is a huge concern for me as sometimes people want to look at the Fitbit to see what it’s like. Please make this feature happen as soon as possible!

Completely agree, I don't want my weight on there either! We need to have
way more options like the charge 2 had!

Why has this not been implemented yet? This is the number 1 fitness band to my knowledge. They've had over a month to patch this relatively simple issue, and still nothing.

To clarify, I absolutely LOVE my new Charge 3. But I would love it even more of they added this simple feature for a far better UI and superior functionality. Not to mention the convenience factor.

Please get on this Fitbit. Be the company we all know you are and expect you to be!

Sincerely; a very satisfied, yet concerned customer since the Charge HR days.

I just set up my charge 3 and can't believe I can't customize the display!  My Alta had this feature.  I don't need to see all the options and want to delete them from my watch.  Is this something FitBit is working on or should I consider exchanging for the less expensive Alta? Help!

I love the Charge 3...except when its time to workout. Which is really disapointing for a fitness tracker. My heart rate has actually dropped when I was trying to see my calories while exercising. Not being able to change or arrange the view on the Charge 3 is making me question what's the point of even wearing it if I can't see the information I want to while exercising. I really hope they fix this soon or I'll have to return or sell mine and go back to my Charge 2.

This! We need to be able to optimize the functionality of the watch and that means the ability for individuals to customize what they see. Disappointed that this has not already been addressed.

DonnaS01, the Charge 3 is a great piece of hardware, but the software reminds me of something in Beta testing, which was why I returned mine. If the bring the software up  to speed, I will re-purchase it.  You might want to consider doing the same  unless you are happy with software as it is now, as  they don't seem in a rush to address the software limitations.
