What is the point of waking up in the morning and seeing "Sleep not tracked" on the Charge 3 screen when last night's sleep was tracked? Please remove this waste of space or replace with a less worrying message, such as, "Sleep details in app".
Hey @OmuGuy! Nice suggestion, thanks for sharing. We look forward to hearing what other community members think about removing the "Sleep not tracked" message on the Charge 3 screen.

Months later... 11:05 am, I've synced the device and seen my sleep data, and still the Charge 3 says "Sleep not tracked". It makes me wonder about the competence of the interface designers and the FitBit team in general.
It's two years since I first mentioned patchy syncing between wrist device and app. Everyday, no matter how many times I manually synch, "No data". Something else shows "No score". Meanwhile, this week I've exceed my 4/7 days exercise target with 7/7 (according to the phone app) but the wrist device shows two sections round the circle.
