Route comparisons

I would vevery much like to see a feature where I am able to compare the same route over time. For instance: every Sunday I run the exact same route. However, my goal is to achieve a better pace and/or runtime over two months. So - instead of me having to find every single exercise log and screen grab the details. Why not implement this as a feature. Simply either track the given exercise as a custom name(“my Sunday route”) and then either basic: add all runs with this tag in a single “folder”. Or even better, advanced: provide tools to track improvements or fallbacks on the exact same route. I mean - we do have gps activated 😉 (one might even use the gps to auto suggest this as “is this your Sunday route?”

That’s an interesting idea and could be useful, thanks for sharing this suggestion @MorphyWoman Happy

This is a great idea! It could also help to know the topography when you are recording your route- if there is a large hill and that is why you are slower at some points.  If there was a way that you could do this in the FitBit app, rather than trying to upload it from another service this would also be ideal

I would love it if you could compare running routes in the FitBit app.  This would be extremely helpful if you run the same route everyday.  You could know where you slow down or speed up and what parts to focus on the most.

Hi @megmo., thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to compare routes on the Fitbit app. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.

I can't see my charge 3 display under any conditions, inside or out.  I have reset it several times.  If I lock myself in a dark bathroom, the ghost of the clock face is discernible.
