Show green and yellow bars in android graphs

Android graphs are missing yellow and green bars. Currently everything is in orange, except active minutes. 

I find the colours are good for monitoring the rate or steps/time. The numbers on the left keep changing every day so they are difficult to compare without the colours.

Fixed in the Android app version 1.9 release on March 25, 2014.
