Starbucks App - Link Starbucks account to FitBit instead of entering a rewards card number

Currently, in order to use the Starbucks pay feature on the Ionic you have to enter your Starbucks reward card in the FitBit mobile app. It would be great if you also had the option to link your FitBit account to your Starbucks account or "login" to your Starbucks account in the FitBit app. 

 

I have two rewards cards through Starbucks and use the Starbucks app to pay frequently, but because I only use the Starbucks app to pay I got rid of my physical Starbucks reward cards long ago. I don't know the full rewards card number to be able to add them to the FitBit Starbucks App and use this feature on my Ionic and I can't find the full card numbers anywhere within my Starbucks account. Both cards are always referred to by only the last four digits of the card.

 

I would LOVE to use my Ionic to pay instead of my cell phone, but I can't get them linked! Help!

I am having the same issue, it seems like common sense to have a login option, I'm honestly surprised that wasn't part of the app in the first place. I am extremely busy and will more than likely not use the app before taking the time to call customer service and get the help needed.

Disappointed at this point & can't wait till you get it updated.

While original post was for Ionic, needs to be done for Versa too. The Starbucks app on the Versa is useless without being able to link my Starbucks ios app.

Struggling with the same issue on my Versa. I honestly thought that I could just log into my starbucks account and that it would work similar to the Starbucks app.  I don't have the physical card with all the numbers and can't sync it up.  What a shame.  The app on my versa is now useless.

I was struggling with this issue as well since I don't have the card physically. I ended up writing to Starbucks and they helped me out. I hope this helps you guys as well. When looking for your card information and searching for your card on the Starbucks app it only tells you the last four numbers but if you hit pay with card.... underneath the barcode there will be the full set of numbers from your card.

The Fitbit Starbucks app really needs to be better integrated with users’ Starbucks accounts and not just be a payment card stand-in. While it’s nice and convenient to pay with my Versa, the purchases do not track in my Starbucks account. I’ve done some Star Dash purchases using my Versa, only for the purchases to count towards nothing, not even Reward Stars. I can’t even find a receipt for purchases. (Yet money still magically disappears from my balance.)  At this point unless I am really without my phone or wallet I would not use the Fitbit app at Starbucks

 

(And yes, the card number in my Fitbit app is the one associated with my main Starbucks reward card.)
