Step count should not round up on Fitbit device display

The step count is a goal and should not round up. For example, my goal is 11,000 and my current step count it 10,975. The Fitbit displays 11k. That is wrong. Steps are a goal and 10,975 is not the goal. I understand rounding in some areas as a summary of the week or month, but steps should not round up.
