This feature was added at the start of the pandemic to entice users to exercise in the face of a lockdown. It has outlived its usefulness. Time to get back to normal. I stopped playing Get Fit Bingo a long time ago because of this.
I was excited for the premium challenges, as I have family members that only walk and others that do various activities, so the base step challenge ends in vast differences. I thought the Active Minute challenges was a good way to balance the field, but these pointless 'bonus' minutes just confuses everything, and takes away the accomplishment of seeing others actual minutes. At the very least this should be able to be toggled off.
Disappointed with adding Premium to my account so far...
When is this going to be fixed? It's been years and it's still tripling active minutes. It makes the premium challenges far too easy. Was excited for these challenges but the premium membership is a lot of money for a broken experience.
I agree that this is really irritating. It clearly undermines the point of challenges. Health is not something you can just increase a number for, the point of this is to keep track of actual exercise. People have been complaining about this for YEARS and it would take changing a couple lines of code to make it a toggleable option. Really disappointed and might cancel my premium because of this, challenges with family aren't fun if they're not real
