Your response is not a solution. A solution involves resolution of the presented problem. A better solution would be: "I'm sorry but unlike numerous other devices on the market at this time we don't support the language used in the country that where you purchased your device. Due to our failure to mention this on any of the advertisements or packaging we'd like to authorise a complete refund of the price you paid. Please contact me at XXXXXXXXX to allow me to assist you in receiving your refund." Anything less is hardly a solution. Your response which lacks any recognition of the need to address the problem not to mention any possible timeline for the resolution of the deficit in your product seems to me to be somewhere between a transparent attempt to whitewash and outright abuse of your clients.
Welcome to the forums @John1234@Ziv and @einin! At this time Hebrew is not a Supported language by the Fitbit Environment. Our current supported languages are English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
Hello, I would really like to have hebrew on my Blaze. It shouldn't really be a big effort and not understand why thi sis not out of the box. This days every product has heberw support. Thank you.
I live in Israel. Recently I bought a Blaze to upgrade from my Flex.
It's a great device.
One thing missing for me though is the ability to correctly display incoming SMSs when they're in Hebrew. Take this example of an SMS as shown on my iPhone and my Blaze:
