Support Thai Language for all Fitbit devices

In Thailand, Garmin fast sold their items because they have friendly language with Thai people. I like Fitbit brand more than Garmin but many times I have problem with who's calling or who're text or chat to me?

If it can be possible, please support this issue.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. I hope this issue can improve your sales & market share in Thailand

Warmest Regards,
Khrin

I notice that it has been already more than 1 year from the date of the topic.

I am a big fan of Fitbit Charge 3 and strongly recommend Fitbit to update firmware to support Thai language for notifications.

Thanks!

I do support this issue. Adding Thai language will expand market share of Fitbit in Thailand, it will make Fitbit to compete with the main competitor, Garmin, as well as other brands such as Suunto, ticwatch, or even Samsung and Apple. Please be noted that although some of Thai users can read/write English fluently, but we always use Thai to communicate with others. Therefore, notification in Thai is very comfort for Thai people more that other languages. Please consider it.

I support this functionality too. This will make Thai users happy to use Fitbit in everyday life. Being able to see a message notification in Thai will be a huge help for us. This way we know whether it is an important message that we need to deal with right away or not. This functionality will increase the competitiveness of Fitbit not only in Thailand but also around the world. This makes the experience of communication to our colleagues, friends, family and our loved ones much more convenient!

Please realize this function. It will be really nice of you 🙂

It has been a long time ago for the first question: when will fitbit support Thai language? At present, the Thai market is constantly expanding. Recently, there is a Thai life insurance campaign that requires smart watch to detect activities done each day to support exercise. There is a special discount for buying a smart watch, but your watch does not support Thai language. While another brand supports Thai language Believe that the insurance company sees the potential of your watch, so choose one of the brands that support it. But when people find that your company doesn't care for Thai people since the first post, people will come out against your watch more and turn to choose another brand that supports Thai language instead. I don't want to see it that way. Please take valuable time to develop the app. And turned to invest in more language support. Otherwise, you will not survive in the Thai market when people find that you look at Thai people is not important. Clearly seen from past actions

When will the watch support Thai language? I bought 2 watches for me and my sister. When I tested it,  I found out about the problem with Thai Language but I can't return them.

How do you help me?

This topic is already five-pages-long yet there is no action from Fitbit. I am very disappointed and am sure that my next smartwatch will not absolutely be Fitbit again!

Plus 1 from me

if I have known that your product doesn’t support Thai language.i wouldn’t have bought one! Don’t you think it’s a kind of racism? Other smart brands have put Thai language in theirs without having to vote and some of them are not even a famous one but they do care....

I strongly recommend that Fitbit consider this request more seriously. In a country where Fitbit products are getting more and more famous like Thailand, the company should at least listen to the feedback from customers. As of now it seems that apart from the functionality of "fitness tracker", my Charge 3 is useless to have a quick check on notifications. Each time I get notifications from mobile applications (in Thai), I need to grab my phone to be able to read the notifications instead of just turning my wrist to have a glimpse on Fitbit screen. Notifications in English work perfectly. You will see from the example that I gave that the support for Thai language will strengthen the functionality of the product and makes it more value for money. Thanks in advance for your consideration and action on this.

We, Thai People, are waiting for this update. Please take action quickly. It is about 1 year after request submits and more than 100+ comments also request this feature too. Please reconsider.

If only the watch can read Thai notification would be great!

Hi Fitbit team,
Fitbit Charge 3 is my currently smart watch and I love a lot of tracking function.
But please support Thai language. I'm not sure this is difficult to develop or what ever reason.

Please respond something about this issue.

It is quite surprising to me that I have to "vote" for the feature that should already be in "smartwatch"
Since the original post is more than a year I can't help but feeling you ignorance us.
