Surge needs an upgrade

The Surge is long over due for an upgrade. I have seen all the reviews about it falling apart. I have had mine for 2 and a half years. It has been through 4 spartan races, many hikes, and countless mountain biking miles. It's features are perfect. It's battery is unequaled. It's only flaw is that it's not water proof. There are already many other offerings that have done this that equal the Fitbit. This flaw is the reason mine has met its demise. I like every thing about the app and website. Yet this one thing FitBit either refuses to upgrade or just doesn't know how. It would be just about perfect. You guys had better do something about it before you start losing your loyalist customers. I know I am one. Not wanting to pay the exact same price for a new one that I paid almost 3 years ago.

I fully agree. The fitbit surge is not working very well.

I have made suggestions for simple improvements to make it perfect.
