Samsung Watch 4 released a new feature called 'sweat loss monitoring' which gauges how hard you have worked on a run and then recommends how much fluid you need to drink after the exercise.

I agree, this would be very good. This feature could also be used when one is sick. So if the body temperature rises for example 38 c, the app would notify that extra fluids are needed.
