On fitbitOS4 (Ionic, Versa, Versa2) I was able to swipe right to clear new notifications as they came in. On Sense (and probably on Versa3) when a notification comes in, I first have to tap on it to expand it and then click Clear.
Hi @czandor, and thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about having the option to swipe to clear notifications on Fitbit Sense as they come in. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Please add this feature to the charge 5. It’s really annoying trying to check the time really quick while I’m in a fast paced environment and I have to tap to expand and clear a notification from 3 minutes ago.
It’d be way easier to just swipe the notification summary away so I can see the time instead of having to stop what I’m doing to expand and clear.
Hi everyone, and thanks for sharing this product feedback. We’re very happy to let you know that this has been released on the Versa 3, Versa 4, Sense and Sense 2. You can now open the Notifications Center and swipe either to the right or left in order to delete each of your notifications without opening them. For more information about how to receive notifications, see this help article. @czandor, in recognition of your excellent product feedback, each of your votes will now count as 5 votes – you have the power! Thank you for sharing this idea, and thanks to everyone who voted and commented for your enthusiasm which has now materialized for everyone’s benefit. We hope you all enjoy this new addition to the Fitbit product or service!
