Take injuries into consideration when generating Cardio Load

I think there should be a questionnaire in the Fitbit app to check if the person is feeling pain or is injured. This would allow the app to reevaluate the cardio load recommendation. For example, if someone is injured, they could input this into the app so it doesn't incorrectly indicate that they didn’t reach their Fitbit cardio goals for the day.

Yes, I was laid up with a virus for a few days and unable to exercise or go to the gym. Very demotivating to be told by my watch that I am slacking.

Lots of people are haven't problems with this poorly implemented feature as demonstrated by several other related threads.

Yes, I'm currently knocked out with a nasty respiratory virus and find it irritating and demotivating that Fitbit keeps telling me I'm not getting enough cardio load. Then, when I'm finally recovered, it will suggest way too much exercise for someone recovering from respiratory inflammation which could cause someone to push themselves back into illness.

I've been pushing myself to hit my cardio load and I ended up spraining my knee. Now it is recommending an even higher load that I can't reach without making my sprain worse - i would have to walk for 3-4 hours at a lower speed to reach that cardio load. There needs to be a way to indicate sickness and injury, pull back to a safe cardio load level where I can recover, and then slowly work my way back to where I was safely without overdoing it.

The cardio load feature is obviously bugged and shouldn't have been released in its present form. Do Fitbit do any beta and UAT testing? Fixing it should not be dependent on votes. One day you can be told to take it easy and the next told you need to up your game.  We are told that it is based on readiness in which case why is number conjured up when no readiness score is available?

As a retired software developer including android app development I know that making the irritating popups optional would be trivial and would make a tremendous difference to the user experience.
