The Food Database Option for Canada

Good day,

A Canadian Food Database option should also included since the product is sold in Canada.

I know about the custom option however I rather get fit than enter datas 🙂

Thank you

I agree, we need Canadian content.   Also it would be nice if when we choose our food the database is able to plug in our calories for us.

I've very pleased to announce that a food database for Canada is now available!

To access it: log onto Fitbit.com > click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner > click 'settings' on the pulldown > click the 'personal info' tab on the left > scroll to the bottom of the page until you see food database > select Canada on the pulldown menu and click save > and start logging food.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and ideas!

I notice many are complaining about not having a food database for the country they live in. Please - really need a Canadian Food database.

I am canadian, I would love to have the nutrition correspond to the Canada Food Guide. Nutrition log currently tells me if I am on track, under or over my caloric intake for the time of day, I would love for it to also tell me how much of my daily servings of the food groups I have consumed throughout the day. Use other food guide for different countries of course.

I'm a producer of a food product in Canada called Meal in a Jar and want to upload it on your database for the public to have access to it. How do I upload my UPC numbers?
