The warranty should start from the first date your new tracker is paired

I believe the standard one year warranty should start from the first date your new tracker is paired rather than the date of purchase. There may be circumstances that do not allow someone to pair their tracker right away. This will allow a user to get a full 12 month warranty.

Hi @RichHarold, and thanks for sharing your suggestion about starting the warranty from the first date your Tracker is paired. Please be aware this is how we currently manage warranties. It starts from the first date your new Fitbit device is paired. This doesn't include replacements.
