I remembered reading an article about this a long time ago. It is kind of amusing, so I figure I would add it here.

I use the "weight" setting for sex.   Interesting to see the heart rate graph spike during, ahem, certain climatic portions of the workout.

I just edit the workout name name and ad my own workout called sex (:

 do that on the dashboard from the pc not the mobile app

Did you know you can define your own "custom" activities to cover any that don't appear in the list? You can do so, by following the instructions in this article. Thanks for sharing your idea on the feature request.
