Use Cardio Fitness Score for Cardio Load recomendations

- Take cardio fitness score into account for cardio load recommendations
- Only warn about "taking it easy" if you have solid data suggesting that my activity is definitely unhealthy.

The Fitbit app berates me now when I exercise! Don't measure my VO2max at 50 and then tell me I can't walk for an hour or two. The app should be cheering me on!

Hi @cwkca! Thanks for participating in Product Feedback. We can see that you have shared lots of ideas here but we ask that you only post one idea per Product Feedback. That way we can keep these boards organized and searchable, in addition to clearly understanding which idea other members are voting for. We have chosen one idea and retitled and labeled this idea accordingly. Please repost your other idea as individual Product Feedback by clicking ‘Add Product Feedback’.

Thanks Lizzy. But please note that "recommendations" has two M's 🙂

The Cardio Fitness Score section used to be so easy to use and there was a trend.  I could see how I improved over time and now I only see for today!  So I can't tell what is driving my decline in the fitness score.

Also, it's buried In Health and just so hard to find. Hard to read too!  At 66 this is really important to me!

Google changes and moving from android to IOS are disappointing!  I might have to consider an apple watch!
