Hi @Belle0fTheBall, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to see Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurement on Fitbit. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". I hope to see you around.

yes please

Can we please have the HRV data visible? It is a very key indicator of well being as so many have mentioned on this thread. The information is being computed, it would be great to use it and also be able to access it when we download the data

I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide. In Japan they measure HRV prior to and after Shinrin-Yoku aka Forest Bathing sessions as a measurement of benefits. I love that HRV is measured during sleep but if this was available on demand like in my Welltory App.

You can also vote for this other suggestion: Use HR and HRV to measure sleep quality.

I hope to see you around.

I would really like to access my HRV readings throughout the day. I can't even access the HRV record from the EDA scan. It's not good enough to simply have an average overnight read that can only be tracked from a month. HRV was a key selling point with the Sense and it's not backed up in reality. A real blind spot for the Sense. This is a really useful metric for stress reactions and mental wellbeing which is allegedly what the Sense was created for.

I'm really considering returning my Fitbit Sense and subscribe the Whoop smartband. Fitbit has all the sensors but does not know what to do with them and fails to deliver all the metrics to the consumer. It's a shame that HRV (and Skin temperature, SpO2, etc) is not available as the HR itself, maybe Fitbit does not have enough confidence in its products measurements and therefore keeps them out of users sight.

I have been waiting for this feature since last 4 years patiently. I am definitely going over to Apple if Fitbit doesn’t deliver on this capability by year end.

I have that on my App from the Ionic as well as the others mentioned by @insid3r but I have Premium.
