Weather App on the new Charge 5

I too would love a weather app.  I had it on Charge 4 and really miss it.

Like others commented I was a daily user of the weather widget on the charge 3 and was very disappointed to see this valuable feature missing from the 5.

I also use this daily. When I switched to charge 5 I was disappointed to find out the weather option is gone.

Two features that I need and C4 had it.  I need my weather and my spotify!!!  Where are they? Such a disappointment!

I vote to have the weather app on the C5. I had it in my C4 and can’t believe it’s not a feature. The beginning of this thread goes back to Sept 2021. It’s now mid March. What’s up?

Upgraded from Charge 4 (Broken bracelet bracket) to a Charge 5.  Also disappointed the weather app is missing.  I was using it on a daily basis.

I just got my Charge 5 and am very disappointed that there is no weather app. Are you kidding? I didn't even think to check because all my previous fitbits have had it. Please add the weather app. It is really unacceptable to not have one in 2022.

A weather app should be natural and easy since the weather app exists on charge 4. The app should not require more than going through the existing charge 4 code and adapting + testing it. A clock face is then just a matter of fetching that data and making that data visible on the clock. I am a very experienced IT guy, and I am very sure that this is a relatively easy task. But that also tells me that the lack of weather on charge 5 is most likely a conscious choice, not due to a technical barrier that needs to be overcome. Dear Fitbit, care to explain?

I can’t believe there’s no weather app. It’s helpful to know current conditions w/o having to check phone.

I like to check the weather on Charge 5 Fitbit. It helps me get weather to
my friends on Facebook page. I very disappointed.

I loved being able to see the current temperature and the expected high and low for the day on my Garmin.  I hope this is added to the Charge 5.
