Weather App on the new Charge 5

Yes , weather app is a must! I just received my upgrade to charge 5 and was quite disappointed when I realized there was no weather,  please add!

Agreed. Charger 5 needs a weather app for any outdoor activities. If charger 4 had it, then charger 5 needs it as well. Otherwise it feels like a downgrade!  Thanks

It's annoying enough not to have Spotify. I don't understand why features are deprecated in an updated model.

Wow. My charge 3 went dark after 2 years and I just got my charge 5. Assumed I would have weather.  Awful. Please restore weather to the 5. Fitbit went backwards on this.  Now I have to pull out my phone to check weather when exercising?  Ridiculous.

When will weather be available on the Charge 5?  This is basic for any activity watch today and you left it out.  Not really a smart move.  Normally upgrades add features, not take them away.

I purchased the Charge 5 today: Due to my old Charge 3 not holding a battery life anymore. I woud NOT have upgraded unless this was the case.

I am now home, setting this up, and see there is No Weather App and No Calendar App. 

Why are we decreasing functionality of somthing instead of increasing it?

I am very unhappy and unsure if I will return / change to another company. I love to hike with my fitbit, and excericse outside. One of the great features of the Charge 3 was that I could see the temperature changes as I moved outside: Although not any more. 

In addition, I used the calendar to see what appointment was coming up next, etc...

Main goal - Please add at the least the Weather app back in !!

This is crazy. 

I'd go back to my charge 3 - and just charge it daily but I brought it back as a trade-in. So I don't even have it to wear again.

I'm another user who had a Charge 4 and used the Weather App on a daily basis. Saved having to check on my phone or tablet.

I contacted chat last night. So UNHELPFUL. Had no clue. DIdnt care. And stated I could return it if I wasn't happy. Explained that I had done a trade in and mine was probably gone. They didn't care. 

I upgraded this wk because I'm headed on a hiking trip in 2 weeks. Always like having my weather when I'm hiking, even to just see the climate changes. Guess no more...

Not happy, very disappointed. They should warn you what was removed, before purchase. Or I would have chose differently. 

Amd FITBIT...I don't see any reply from you all here on this....hello....

I got fit it charge 5 for Christmas 2021. I am very disappointed that there is no weather app. I like to see it on my forgot charge 5 easy to me get information to my friends. I got weather page on Facebook. I upgrade from change 2 to change 5.
