Widget to include shortcut for logging food

As the title suggests, can the widget include a shortcut button to allow quick access to food logging? it currenty takes a few clicks / touches to get to the food logging section, whwn it can all be done with one touch, surely.

You can now have a widget for logging food! Since version 2.21.4 released on March 31, 2016 you can have this option available. Thanks for your suggestion.
