All of the displays on the watch should be able to be customized, either switch positions or removed from the device. The scroll down and swipe left categories should be able to be reorganized to individual preferences. There are features I don't use and don't need to be able (or want) to view on my watch. My FitBit no longer syncs with my app. FitBit forces customers to update their phones in order to use the app, but Apple customers know updates on older phones can interfere with their overall function. Why can't the FitBit app offer updates without making us perform a risky phone update? Ridiculous.

Provided my watch is within Bluetooth range, I would like the ability to send a vibrating alert to the watch so that I can attempt to find it. I have been using Fitbit Charge models for the past few years. Recently I got Charge 4 and totally disappointed seeing that the status of the hourly activity status was missing from the clock screen. I am very obsessed with the hourly activity staus and this is the only reason for me to sticking to the expensive Fitbit.

The ability to make some custom watch faces for the Charge4. Though the Charge4 doesn't have the proper OS for an SDK it has the ability to have different watch faces; so maybe the ability to select a few specific things in-app or even upload a simple 8-bit design to the app.

Once you leave the main clock face by swiping left, you can go back by swiping right, but if you go one level deeper, say into the "Exercise" menu you can not swipe right to leave it and go back. You are forced to press the back button on the side, which on the Charge 4 is a haptic feedback button. Please add swipe right to go all the way back.

I looked at my old Fitbit Alta and Charge 2 recently. Both were built from stainless steel—the material and build quality were both exceptional. Comparing these to my Fitbit Charge 4, the case is plastic, the fit of the straps on the case have a gap that accumulates dirt (which didn’t happen on either the Charge 2 or Charge 3).

Being able to set specific times where the screen brightness can be on dim (i.e. for sleeping) but then be able to schedule the brightness to automatically change to normal or bright during the day for ease of use outside.

I see that sp02 oxygen graph is loaded for versa and sense models only at the moment. I have a Charge 4 which also has the spo2 sensor but only the minimum data i.e. high and low variations. It would be much more useful if I could also see the % figures too Is this feature going to be rolled out to the Charge 4 in the near future and if not why not
