The default volume for answered calls is always too low. Having to turn it up for every call while driving is dangerous and defeats the ability to use it as a hands free device. Please allow the users to set their volume defaults for calls, music, whatever. We know what we need and it is quite annoying to have to adjust it every time.

The new UI requires 4 touch to send one reply, while on the old UI, I could send the same reply, emoji for example, with two clicks... The undo option is a nice add..but sending a msg must be much easier, since a wrong click can anyway be corrected with the undo option.. you don't need so many confirmations and checks in place.. When the Versa is not worn, have the ability to display some text on the watch, entered via the smartphone app, such as "If found, please contact Bob at 01234 6789" Could be on the clock face, instead of the clock face, or another swipe screen after all apps

For many years users have been asking for adding Russian interface. But maker just ignore it. I think it is easier to fix it than to answer that we will see how popular will be that suggestion. Or just let users fix it themselves. It is very annoying. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Would it be possible to allow a left-button-shortcut for the WEATHER app on the Versa 2? I check my weather far more than anything else, and it would be very helpful to be able to quickly access the weather app without having to go through multiple user actions. Thanks. I have a Versa. Several of the preloaded apps allow me to delete them from the Versa. I would like to be able to delete the Exercise app as I don’t use it. I am sure I am not the only one who,would like that option. Please consider this request. Moderator edit: clarified Topic

Hi. Problem Statement: In the recent past I've seen a lot of issues lately with my fitbit versa, for instance syncing the step count, receiving notifications from my phone etc. I have no clue on why this keep on happening frequently. Suggestion: Enable the app to collect device logs (fitbit) and provide a way to the user to access it to check for errors or warnings if there are any. As a result, it will not only help the users to identify the issues also helps you guys to debug the issues quicker. Please let me know your thoughts on this! Cheers - Raj

I would like a Fitbit Versa that is just a little bit smaller for a women's wrist, with more color/ful watch bands to choose from. If you can add stylist ones that would be nice too. The watch bands can be a little smaller too. My wrist is small and even though Fitbit sell small sizes it is still big for a lady wrist. Thank you!

Are u able to offer some form of software update on Versa 2 to allow GPS navigation rather than having to always carry your mobile with you and use data to record exercise It is very frustrating and annoying to see that to get this I would have to pay another £200 for the latest Versa. Hello, It would be great is FitBit data could be automatically uploaded to the cloud of my choice. I know the max is 31 days and downloading it every month requires a reminder and manual work. Hello! I'm using the Fitbit Inspire HR. I noticed how when I tap my hourly steps screen, I can alternate between how many steps out of 250 I have completed and how many hours I was active. I would prefer the same thing for the sleep screen where tapping would replace the moon icon of the sleep screen with my Sleep Score in the circle! I like having all my metrics on my tracker and hate having to go back to my phone to see my Sleep Score. Hope that makes sense! Moderator edit: Subject for clarity and labels.

I think we should be able to move the apps on our Fitbit around. Like say I want to have all my apps for working out on one page and all my eating apps on another page and all my games on another page. I should be able to move them around instead of them being mixed up on my Fitbit. I think it’s a better way to stay organized 👍

Swapping of right and left button will help to use the back button on right side. This is helpful while wearing the watch on left hand.. more convenient way to click back button

I feel that Spotify should be made where you don't need premium or to be connected to another device that's playing Spotify in order to listen to it. In my experience having to connect to a computer/mobile device when I wanna go for a run is not what I wanna do, cause in the time I do that I could've just used my phone to listen to Spotify.

I think that Fitbit pay which is compatible to Fitbit versa and Fitbit versa 2 should also match the lite edition since it’s the only one which doesn’t have it. I’ve also heard that Fitbit pay is really good and I’ve been recently hoping to have it but unfortunately it doesn’t match my watch so I’m hoping to have this watch with Fitbit pay

It would be good if I could have more exercise shortcuts on my Versa (I think there’s 7 now?) because I do so many different types of sport and use up all of the shortcuts, so I have to change them in the app on my phone regularly because they can’t be “stored” on the watch itself.

I am using Fit Bit Versa 4 watch from 8 months. I love the watch as it is very accurate. I am a person with disability having Low Vision issues. Due to this I cannot use the Fit Bit Versa 4 watch effectively. I purchsed the above watch last week, after much research. The main features I wanted aside from the fitness aspect was Google Pay. After much stress of trying to set this up, thinking that I wasn't doing something correctly, it became clear that the software for using Google Pay isn't available until 'sometimes in Spring 2023' .

On future watches use a bootloader that if two bootable images exist let the user decide which to boot. This would avoid for the most part bricking devices with a firmware image update as the user could always go back to the previous image. It would require an updated bootloader and sufficient memory to hold two OS copies.
