Hello, when automatically selecting Kazakhstan time zone, Asia/Almaty GMT +6 is selected. But Kazakhstan since March 1, 2024 has a single time zone - GMT+5. The first column of data is formatted to fit the window, which leaves little space for the second column which includes the users reported data. This second column fits 1 to 2 characters per line. Agree with all feedback that the new updated sleep summary is inferior to the previous version of sleep tools. You cannot easily see your sleep stages on first page of your sleep data. HRV is used in a multiple calculations such as calculating daily readiness and probably some other calculations possibly including recommended cardio load. Strange. Left versa on desk, went to sleep & woke up to see ~1,250 steps.
