When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.
I have been successfully using my new Luxe Fitbit for several weeks. Yesterday I charged it up but then realised that notifications were no longer coming through. I went on line - checked and double checked and did all the suggestions but nothing seemed to work. My son came to check it. Just by chance he used Find My Phone and that connected it up!

I wanted to check my year's activity but I couldn't find a way.
I have a fitbit account since 2022. I found out that Fitbit used to send an email review but this was discontinued since 2020 (I never got any!)

Make it last for w years or more
Provide service to replace battery
Love my accessories, dun wanna get new
Love the sleep, steps, heart rate tracking, menstrual cycle
Dun need notifications prefer longer battery life 2-4 weeks just on tracker functions
Allow Turn on/off bluetooth and gps to conserve battery
Make it last.
Consider necklace adapters

There is a new Activity called Cardio Load on my home page and I cannot move or delete it. I don't care about it. I want to see my Steps on the top of the list and now I can't see them because of this new Activity and the size of my iPhone mini. This is ridiculous.

As an older user, my eyesight and hand eye coordination are poor. So, I prefer the website dashboard on my PC. That dashboard keeps directing us to the mobile app. Please assure you will continue maintaining both as I cannot rely solely on the mobile app. Please consider all of your customers when providing tools. Many thanks!
Please please please add just one or two simple classic analog watch faces; black and white. I don’t want a peter max poster on my wrist, I just want to see the time and passing seconds. The two analog choices are PINK dots and steampunk looking with a confusing graphic behind.
My sleep session stops every time I get up briefly at night. As a mom with very broken sleep (bathroom trips, feeding/changing baby, settling baby), Fitbit ends the whole session. Please add an option to continue sleep after short awakenings. I also sent this by email.
As discussed on this community post, please bring back the wellness report feature to Premium Fitbit.

It would be nice to have a Fitbit dashboard app for PC. I'm a senior and it is hard to read the dashboard on my phone.

The new app version which I received yesterday (Thu, Sep 21, 2023) as an update no longer shows my battery percentage or profile picture to select it. Furthermore, the Charge 5 itself does not display the current battery percentage so how I am I supposed to know how much batter I have left (aside from connecting the charge cable).

Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

Restore the ability to install 3rd party apps on the Versa 4 as was possible in previous versions of the watch.

Moderator Edit: Clarified subject and label.

Just received replacement Versa 4 and got latest update during setup. Once set tried adding breakfast foods. Logged 1st food with correct calories. When I add 2nd food, it drops the previously logged info. Cannot load more than one food. Uninstaller Fitbit software and reinstalled. Still not working. Software problem on your part.

Please can we have the actual, numerical estimate of calories remaining back on the app please? I have been following a sedentary calorie deficit plan since mid August and have lost over half a stone. I was very dependent on this metric to plan my food. Now I'm too scared to have a yoghurt in-case it tips my little pointer into the pink zone!

The feature is missing from the app, and was supposedly brought back only to disappear again. Looking through previous forum entries had moderators claim it was reintroduced, or linking to an article that says you can delete a time range via "step tile>manage data>steps" but that doesn't exist anymore, it's only deleting the whole day.

Necessary:

Logging a pregnancy is a must, as is the ammenorheic period due to breastfeeding.  These drastically affect predictions making the app useless for many.  Eg. I have entered my data since 2011.  My periods are like clock work occurring every 27 days... but I have had 4 pregnancies in that time so the app is telling me that my peiods average every 104 days.

Useful:

Option to add basal body temp and ovulation data (eg. predictor strip).

Given that the community has been asking for this for 10 years, and now you will no longer have access to "create a meal" via the web version of the dashboard, it's making it harder for me to a fan and supporter of Fitbit, and I've been a fan for more than a decade. Please have the app have at least the same features as the web version (e.g., create a meal), but since it doesn't already exist, add the feature for # of servings to make our lives easier please!

On my new Inspire 3., the available clock faces do not include an option where the numbers are all on one line, like a classic simple digital clock. For example 12:58. I do not want the numbers to be in 2 lines (the 12 over the 58) & I'm not interested in analog. Why don't you have a simple horiz digital option like I had on my Inspire 2?

I work in EMS and love my new Ionic, but when trying to count my patients heart rate and respiration's I keep having to push the button with my other hand which I usually have on the patients arm.  This makes it hard to watch the clock, and flicking my wrist doesn't always work.  It would be nice if there was an option to keep the watch face active for more that 20 seconds, maybe give the options for 1 minute and 2 minutes also.  I understand that will cause the battery to not last as long but that would be my choice.  Thanks for your time.

Many fitness enthusiasts and individuals of whom base their workouts on target heart rate zones would really appreciate a heart rate alert feature implemented into the new Fitbit Ionic as well -if possible ALL Fitbit watches. This feature would allow a Fitbit user to manually set their Fitbit watch to alert the user once their targeted maximum and minimum heart rate has been achieved while performing a workout. Â The watch would vibrate on the user's wrist alerting the user when their selected heart rate has been accomplished or met allowing the user to more cater their workouts to stay within a selected threshold. Â Implementing this feature will also serve well as a safety feature which can alert the user when their calculated heartrate is dangerously high or above the maximum threshold that they set enabling the user to adjust their workout accordingly. Â Some Fitbit users I can imagine and many other individuals have cardiovascular/heart related issues which prevent them engaging in a workout that is too intense therefore a heart rate alert feature implemented into the new Fitbit Ionic would make the watch more marketable to the present customer base, a broader audience of fitness enthusiasts, and desirable to a whole new market of individuals of whom have cardiovascular/heart issues and will really appreciate a heartrate alert feature implemented into their fitness/activity trackers. Overall, implementing this feature will likely increase popularity of the watch, increase revenue, and appeal to a wider range of individuals that are taking steps to improve their health through daily workouts but are limited to what they can do due to cardiovascular/heart concerns. Â Implementing this feature can likely be as simple as have software engineering add it to a software/firmware update which will allow it to perform identical to the silent/vibrating alarm feature already included in most Fitbit watches anyhow.

Please add stretching as a possible exercise.

I'd very much like my fitbit data available in Google Fit. I use a different app for food logging, but Fitbit's step counter, sleep tracker, and aria are great.

If their data was available through the new Google Fit it would be fantastic.

Moderator edit: Added labels.

I love the quick view feature however when I'm sleeping I tend to wave my arms around which activates the display which sometimes wakes me up, especially if my wrist is close to my face.

My fitbit knows when I'm sleeping as it tracks my sleep so how about having the capability to disable quick view automatically whilst I'm sleeping, in fact don't even have it as a selectable option just don't trigger quick view when my fitbit knows I'm sleeping.

Moderator Edit: Edited suggestion title.

With the updated sleep UI, I'm missing the amount in each segment. I can hover and see I was in REM from 3:43a - 4:09a, but I have to manually calculate that it was 26 minutes of REM sleep during that time. Previous UI would show that 26 mins.
It would be great if the segment time was next to the actual time of night.

Hello everyone! This suggestion is to have the ability to have the clock face/screen on our Fitbit devices permanently on.

We just recently released a similar feature that will allow you to keep your screen on for as much as 60 seconds. Check the Feature Suggestion here

Please let's keep voting for this idea! Smiley Very Happy

I am on day 997 of getting 10,000 or more steps a day in a row. I was looking forward to seeing 1,000 on a few days. I can’t believe you took that feature away.

Disappointed that there is no dark mode option given the awful app update to a block of white - very hard to distinguish sections so if you are vision impaired or have dry eyes it’s just not comfortable to engage with anymore. It’s so infuriating given that I preferred my Fitbit app layout and data to my Garmin one which I use the running.

This dashboard update is awful. Removing the current heart rate zone eliminated a feature I used constantly. Of all the bad things about this update, this is the worst. Others include the wasted screen space, unnecessary section and block headers. There is a new lack of flexibility & I’m forced to show stuff I don’t want to get at info I do want.
