A bug in timezone offset in function Date().

When the macOS set its timezone 'Kanpur - India / +5:30', output of function Date() from FitbitOS must have 'GMT+05:30' at the end. However it displays  'GMT+05:00' for now. 

See attachment image below: There is a difference between the Output from FitbitOS(left) and from Chrome Developers console(right). This can be reproduced on Versa as well.

[Tested environment]

- Fitbit OS Simulator Version 0.6.0 

- macOS High Sierra version 10.13.5

- Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99

[Reproduce Process]

1) Set your timezone to '+5:30' (for example)

2) Use function Date()

It is also missing the India Standard Time..
