App Configuration Failed - Strange Behavior

Strange, selecting a different watch from the mobile app and received an App Configuration Failed notification... the strange part, a "test" watch I copied and tweaked "LCD Watch" showed up as my watch face on the device... stranger is the Developer Bridge is turned off and I was not logged onto the studio either.  Weird.Screenshot_20171027-093523.jpg20171027_093830.jpg

Possibly a delay after installation, perhaps a sync or other app install was occurring.
