App Integration with Fitbit API

Hello Fitbit Community, 

 

I'm an app creator/ developer and I'm currently building a fitness app called MYFITMOJI. In order for the app to function it requires that users connect to Fitbit to collect user data, i.e. calories burned, steps, distance walked, heart rate,  etc. My team is currently having API issues with Fitbit. Is there anyone who I can speak to with regards to providing us some support?

Yes, you are correct. This is a Web API question and thank you for helping me realize I used the wrong forum to submit my question.
