App and clock face rating system

I would like additional information from the user rating system. Sometimes it would be beneficial to know why users give a certain rating, e.g. for sudden low ratings; is there anything wrong with the app/clock face, some function not working for the user etc. Of course they might simply dislike the app or clock face, but it would be great if e.g. a 1 star rating could include some information of why. As a spare time developer i don't have a QA team to find bugs, and up til now I 've only been contacted about kiezelpay or with suggestions of how they would like change something. Comments in the rating system (at least visible for the developer) might be a good addition to improve the quality of the community apps and clock faces.

HI @davwa - It is agreed there needs to be major improvements in the rating system to assist developers, which also includes what is presented to the user for rating.

It is open to some confusion and often gets missed during installation of a clock or app, and any mistakes are not easy to correct.

For instance if a user starts adding stars, the moment they click the first star, that is taken as the rating. It is then not obvious it can be changed.

If you are consistently getting 4/5 stars and get an occasional 1 it would probably indicate more of a rating issue than a fault.

For others they don't see it or bother. Probably only about 1 in 8 people rate anyway. so it is important to have more information.

The major missing one is downloads by watch type.

See some of the other previous requests for better information.
