App has to be launched 3 times to actually start

Hello,

After uploading a self-written app to my Ionic, it has to be launched 3 times to actually start.

Tapping it the first and second time results in a splash screen that lasts randomly 2-8? seconds then closes and goes back to app list.

Launching it the third time, it starts with no problems and works flawlessly.

The problem happens after uploading a new version or restarting Ionic. After successfully starting the app, it can be closed and started again without crashing at the splash screen.

Does anybody have an idea how to fix this problem?

Best regards,

Zerveone

The first time it launches, a snapshot is created. It sounds like it's taking too long and being terminated.

Is it a particularly large app?

Particularly yes.

It uses pre-screen with GPS search, similar to what Fitbit native apps do. After locking onto GPS, 3 horizontal screens are presented, each having 3 stats of data shown. It uses heart rate sensor and barometer also.

I have used it for almost 4 hours continuously to record my activity without any problems or hiccups. It was fluid for the whole time. Battery consumption was on par with native Fitbit apps that use HR and GPS.
