I have tried resetting with pushing the button on the charger 3 times within 8 seconds multiple times, tried changing the face of the watch, and most recently tried deleting the watch and reinstalling it- however, the black screen did not reset and I am unable to see the pin to re-add my device to the app. All of the functions were still working in the backgroun as I could see them on the app just not on the screen.

This doesn't sound like an SDK issue. What type of watch do you have?

I have had the same problem. Looks like it's probably more common than they would like to let on. Contacted them for help. Was pretty useless. Was offered 35% off next purchase because July my 1 year warranty expired. No way will I buy another product if that is their response to a defect. For me it's a Charge 6.

If you're using a Charge 6, it's definitely not an SDK problem. I would have moved the original post to the correct forum section if I knew which watch it applied to.
