Blaze clock has disappeared on watch and app

I went to charge my Fitbit Blaze, when I took it off the charger I received a “clock error, go to The Fitbit mobile app and try another clock” message. I go to the app and no clocks are available. My Fitbit hasn’t displayed correctly in about 4 days. I contacted customer support with little help. I did receive a 30% off coupon (how ironic). I’m about to switch to Apple.

I'm afraid you might have posted in the wrong community. This seems like a technical support problem, but this community is for Fitbit developers and SDK.

As a last piece of advice, if there are no other clockfaces in the Fitbit app, try to download a new one from the Fitbit app store.
