CLI SDK 4.2 same import fs error as 4.3.0

In order to build compact SDK 4.3 code was advised to use CLI with SDK 4.2 but this seems to have the same import fs error as 4.3.0 did which was fixed in 4.3.1.

 

How the error got into SDK 4.2 is a mystery, unless its overriding 4.2 with 4.3 in CLI.

 

Anyone else have this issue?
