I find the Sleep Scores I am getting make me feel worse and more nervous about something about which I already feel a bit out of control. I lowered my goal to help but it seems to always go back to my previously optimistic goal and grades me from there. Please, help me stop the judgment and allow me to opt out. I'm not sure why these scores are more in my face and bothersome but I would like to stop seeing that I am not measuring up with my sleep.

Ugh! Well, the developers may want to consider having an option to display the score in different ways.
I’ve decreased my goal to 7 hours as it is more attainable and I want to feel successful when I look at my sleep. However, I’m scoring in the 80s even though I’m getting 8 hours of sleep. Maybe it’s still running on my previously optimistic goal of 8.5 hours even though it states my goal is 7 hours every time I log in.
So, there is a mathematical issue here, however, if the score is getting me down I’d like the option of changing whether or not I have to see it. I can do the math by myself if I choose.
