Can't create folders or paste folders into the Fitbit Studio

Hi there, 

My Studio isn't playing ball, I have a list of folders that I have to create a special watch face (Glance) which will allow me to see my son's blood sugars on my watch (linking to an xdrip cloud). However, I can't get past the first hurdle which is copying and pasting folders in to project area which says 'the project is empty' the only thing I can do here is create a file or a file directory. What am I doing wrong?

Use drag and drop. Probably you are trying to use Copy/Paste
