Can we extract ekg pattern or ecg singal from Fitbit?

I am trying to develop an application to detect Sleep Apnea using Fitbit watch based on machine learning methods. Since this is my first project on Fitbit watch I have the following question:

Can we extract ekg pattern or ECG signal from Fitbit watch and use it in my proposed applications using Fitbit studio?

Fitbits don't literally have ECGs. The only data you can get is heart rate every few seconds.
