Cannot click "publish app now" button

I've uploaded a watch face and it was approved and on the top right of the gam page (gam.fitbit) there is a button called "Publish App Now!" and above it is "Your app has been approved and is ready to publish!".

However when I click on it I get a javascript error on the browser (Firefox/Safari) console saying:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: GraphQL error: cannot publish app: latest build review out of sync
at new t (ApolloError.js:34)
at QueryManager.js:129
at <anonymous>

In fact, I've published this app before. But for some reason today the "Publish Status" changed from: "App is publicly available in the App Gallery"

back to

"App is available via direct link".

It looks like you resolved this one? Did you try a browser refresh?

I solved it by uploading a new version and publishing again.

I have the same issue:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: GraphQL error: cannot publish app: latest build review out of sync

If I click Publish now button, nothing happens.
