Cannot enable the developer bridge.

ANSWERED

こんにちは

I'm developing an app for Versa3.
Until yesterday, I used VSCode and CLI tool smoothly.
(did'nt use FitbitStudio and Simulator.)

Today, all of a sudden, My fitbit device don't connect to CLI tool.

When I click `Enable` button on `DEVELOPER BRIDGE` page, `Connecting...` is shown.
After a while, "Retrying in 10s..." will appear on the screen.
After repeating the process several times, "Failed. Check the port or Wi-Fi connection" will be displayed.

I tryed bellow, but don't fix.

  • Reboot my Windows
  • Uninstall and Reinstall Node.js
  • Trun off the Windows Firewall
  • Factory reset a FitvitDevice

What should I do to fix this?

OS: Windows10 Home
CLI: unknown(I use `npx fitbit`)
Device: Versa3 36.128.4.15

A few people (including me) have had that today. I suspect it's a Fitbit server thing.

This issue keeps repeating. No I will not thanks the Fitbit "engineers" for making a sub-par product for which I paid quite a lot. Connection to the studio/CLI should not be dependent on anything external, just an android studio connect to the phone and doesn't depend on any www web server for that. Work to develop your technology better.
