Cannot switch or install faces anymore after successful run from Studio

Using Fitbit Studio, I have created my first clock face. Using the Developer Bridge on phone + Sense, the clock face is successfully showing on my Sense. However, thereafter I cannot switch anymore to any other clock face using the app. It keeps telling me that it is still installing. After some time it tells me that the install failed.

 

I have tried the following already:

  • Switching to a standard clock face in the app and on the watch. Both with Bridge connected and disconnected.
  • Uploading another example watch face, using the Developer Bridge. New clock face successfully shows, until I go back to home or when the watch goes to dim. Then the first clock face reappears.
  • Decoupling my watch from the app, reconnecting it.

Same message install message appears...

Any help would be appreciated!

It actually sounds like two things may be going on...

 

Sideloaded clockfaces can only be deleted from within the Developer section of the Fitbit app on your phone. Until you do so, no other clockface will be displayed. (For this reason, I find it quicker to develop all products as apps, and change them to clockfaces when finished.)

It actually sounds like two things may be going on...

 

Sideloaded clockfaces can only be deleted from within the Developer section of the Fitbit app on your phone. Until you do so, no other clockface will be displayed. (For this reason, I find it quicker to develop all products as apps, and change them to clockfaces when finished.)
