Capturing RSSI data

Hi. I am new to Fitbit and a novice developer. I am currently developing a Fitbit app on a Versa 2 and would like to access and process RSSI data between the watch and the phone it is paired with. I have searched and can't figure out how this might be done. Can someone offer a suggestion?
