I own a Charger 2 but just purchased a Versa Lite. I cannot get the Versa to work. It did download onto my computer, but I cannot get the clock to work. Any suggestions?
I do not own an iPhone so I have to connect to FitBit app on my computer.

Hi @JimHeffley - unfortunately it is not possible to setup a Versa lite from a computer, only a phone.
May be use someone else's phone to set it up, and remove the app and Bluetooth entry from the phone then you can use your computer from then on as it will be installed on your account.
