For information.
It would seem that no new clocks/apps are being reviewed/approved and may be also no further updates are being accepted.
There has been no feedback either to emails to Gallery support since over a month.
So the whole Gallery may be frozen from now on.

Any submissions now sit in the state
Your app is waiting for review by Fitbit.
The last submissions from mid February that were reviewed beginning March 2025, since then nothing.
As no one from Gallery support is responding, we can probably safely assume that Google has silently closed the Gallery to further submissions, unless someone else had some success in the last 2 months?.

Best AnswerGuy, do you have the name and UUID for an app that's in this state? There's an outside chance that I can find out what's going on (or off). However, since Fitbit doesn't exist as an organisational entity any more, I may well fail.

For instance

Thanks, may be you have more luck.

Best AnswerI've been reliably informed that some more reviews will be processed in the next couple of days. The review queue should be completely processed in about a week. No guarantees, of course.
Please post here again in a week if no news.
Thanks for reaching out Team. Very unusual situation. This is what I see on my end since March. Thanks again for any assistance is greatly appreciated. I appreciate the effort on the review and approval. https://gallery.fitbit.com/detailshttps://gallery.fitbit.com/details/61f742b3=9e09=4c86=a31b=7d32383... [replace = with -]

Best AnswerHi @garzondev Could you please let me know what your GAM app listing page says for this clockface in the 'Review Approval' column. If a review is pending, I think it should say so there.
Could you please also check the GAM page for that particular clockface. Near the top right, it should say 'Private' or 'Published' or (maybe) 'Awaiting review'. What does it say there?
On the same page, could you also let me know what it says in the rightmost column of the 'Manage Versions' table (where it says 'Published', 'Approved', etc) in the attached pic.
On that page, look for any evidence that the clockface has been submitted for review.
Can you confirm that your listing meets all of the requrements to be submitted for review, and that you clicked the 'Submit for Review' button near the top right of the page?
Best AnswerThanks once again Peter.
1. Could you please let me know what your GAM app listing page says for this clockface in the 'Review Approval' column. If a review is pending, I think it should say so there. >> Is empty
2. Could you please also check the GAM page for that particular clockface. Near the top right, it should say 'Private' or 'Published' or (maybe) 'Awaiting review'. What does it say there? >> It says Private and when I hoover over the "submit for review" disable button below it, it has two messages; one to provide a category , which I just did and set to analog...and two is "missing screenshot for sense" which I do not have a Sense model watch so I will use the same PNG file for Versa 3 if that is okay?...Once those were updated, I was able to submit it for review
3. On the same page, could you also let me know what it says in the rightmost column of the 'Manage Versions' table (where it says 'Published', 'Approved', etc) in the attached pic. >> 1.0.0
Thanks once again Peter. As Inoted on previous message, I am a rookie on this process as it is my first app. I appreciate your understanding. -Juan
Best Answer@garzondev It sounds to me like the clockface hadn't previously been submitted to Google for review. I think you've now done everything you need to do for review. GAM should now say 'In review' or 'Awaiting review' or something like that. Check that it does!
Yes, Sense and Versa 3 can use the same screenshots, unless your clockface is coded to do something differently on each device type. That's unlikely; you'd know if you did that.
This guide may explain more about the publishing process. I don't know how up-to-date it is.
I'm impressed with your patience and courtesy! If you don't get an email from Google about your review inside 10 days, let me know.
