Hi,
I published a clockface but did not add code for payment (due to lack of documentation). When I published my app for the first time I mentioned that it is a paid app but there was no code to handle any payment. I thought k-pay and Fitbit will take care of it.
In the second version of the app, I added code to handle payment but the reviewer from Fitbit gallery rejected saying, "Due to the fact that your clockfacde was first submitted as Free app and it cannot be subsequently configured as “Paid”, we regretfully inform you that we have declined your submission. Please consult the following link for more information: https://dev.fitbit.com/legal/app-gallery-guidelines/"
How can I get it resolved? Please help!

You'll need to publish a second paid version using a different app ID.
If you email appgallerysupport@fitbit.com they can remove the old free version.
