Configure Simulator settings on startup?

Is there a way to set the simulator settings so that they are persistent every time you start the simulator?

 

Example. Can we set the heart rate at a certain level, and/or the battery level at a certain level, so that when the simulator is closed and restarted, it is started with some custom settings.
