I am building a clock face for ionic watch and i need to override the default swipe actions with mine. Is it possible to do so....? If can please help to  do that...

What you're proposing would interfere with the standard behaviour of the device that users expect (and which is documented).

 

Make your program an app rather than a clockface. You can still display the time on it.
