Deploying a completed watchface or app

Once a dev completes their project, is there a way to actually put it up in the fitbit app? is so what is the process? I couldn't find any information on this topic

At the moment the API and tools are still in Beta, and there is no process for deploying to the app.  That will come with the launch of the App Gallery sometime this fall.
